Peter Guevarra

JLL

Peter’s core responsibility is to drive research and thought leadership in Asia Pacific’s logistics and industrial (L&I) sector. He works closely with the Asia Pacific L&I team to provide support from a research capacity, from developing the JLL house view, to speaking with clients, to generating new ideas and content for the sector. He also works closely with country L&I research specialists to coordinate research outputs, align views, and to discuss emerging L&I trends. Peter also has an active role in business development and client relationship management, both in terms of JLL’s market leading REIS platform and through JLL’s comprehensive advisory services.

Peter joined JLL Australia in 2009, before relocating to Singapore to join the Asia Pacific Research team in 2018. With 12 years of extensive experience, Peter has worked directly with regional and global clients to assist with their investment strategies. Having started his career in Sydney, Peter has deep knowledge of the Australian market, and a wide breadth of experience across Asia Pacific more broadly.

Nichakamol (Bung) Horungruang

Senior Manager, JLL Research

Bung currently leads Thailand’s research production efforts while also contributing regularly to market research and feasibility studies in various sectors, including mixed-use, standalone office, logistics, and residential development projects.

With a primary focus on the commercial sectors, she also provides valuable insights into the residential market. She also looks after local office database in depth such as co-working space and occupier analysis. Her proficiency in data management greatly contributes to the overall effectiveness of our research capabilities. Furthermore, Bung is proficient in a wide variety of design-related software platforms and spearheaded spatial analysis and Geographic Information System (GIS) in the APAC region.

In addition to her local and international client engagements, Bung has also contributed to JLL’s APAC regional research production since 2023, focusing on the monetisation of database / research products, interactive mapping platform,  and regional reports on alternative assets.
