Storage Asia Public Company Limited provides premium self storage services in Thailand. Under the i-Store brand, we are able to operate high quality storage facilities, incorporating modern technology to improve overall service. The aim of our self-storage business is to increase living space for people across the country in condos, houses, and offices. Storage Asia currently operates 3 storage facilities: Silom, Sukhumvit 24, and Sukhumvit 71. And we are expanding the service to Sathorn One in May 2023.

About i-Store Self Storage at Sukhumvit 24:

i-Store Self Storage Sukhumvit 24 branch is located in the CBD area of Bangkok. Its location is in the prime area 700 m from near BTS, within walking distance. We offer both personal storage and goods storage for businesses, which customers can access 24 hours. Our storage sizes range from 0.72 sq.m. to 18 sq.m. with normal temperature room and air-conditioned room in a stand-alone building. We provide 24-hour security, cleanliness, and an environment, that is suitable for moving in, storing, and moving out.

Our service at Sukhumvit 24 includes self storage and wine storage. For self storage service, customers can access the facility with a keycard.

For wine storage, we provide temperature control and humidity control with international standards. Our wine storage is in a stand-alone building with isowall which is the same standard with a clean room that can protect against heat and other natural disasters. In case of a blackout, we also provide generators for the electricity. One of the highlights is that we offer wine-tasting rooms for our customers to use for 2 hours a day.

In case customers need moving service, we have a partner that can be arranged for the customers as well.

One of our premium services is the customer relations team. The team is able to serve customers 24/7 to answer inquiries and assist customers when they are in need. The proof is in Google rating which is 4.8 stars. This ranked us number one self storage in Thailand. Another proof is our occupancy rate which has never been lower than 80% for the last 6 months. Our service is to create an amazing experience for customers. Our staff can give consultation for customers in both Thai and English. The team is on standby 7 days a week. We provide water and coffee at the reception in order to make them feel as if they are home. We also have a brand standard that controls the quality of every branch.

In this location, we create an ecosystem of the working environment. Our location consists of co-working space, office space, wine retail, and fitness. Customers can work, shop, exercise, and store their beloved belongings in our location.

i-Store Friends

i-Store Friends campaign is the campaign in which i-Store connected with various types of partners to do co-marketing and partnership deals to add more value to our service and gain more awareness to potential customers. We have connected to well-known real estate developers in Thailand, such as Sansiri, AP Thai and SC Asset. We also partner with some of the most famous property management services which are Plus Property, SMART World, Ruejai Club and LPP. Other partners also include an online shopping application called ShopeePay, Digital Media Company called Dot Property, and a telecommunication company called AIS.

To give you an idea, for banking, we are working with Kasikorn Bank and Siam Commercial Bank, the most popular with the highest number of users in Thailand. We offered a special discount for K Bank and SCB customers for advance payment. This attracts a lot of customers in Thailand, both individually and in business.

For high tier customers, we offer a very special discount for SCB M card customers, the high tier customer with top spending at The mall group department store. At the same time, we have proposed a special privilege when using our service for Kasikorn Bank’s VIP customers holding K Wisdom credit cards.

Moreover, we have started our partnership with no.1 in the telecommunication market in Thailand called AIS. We just launched a promotion for their VIP customers which they call serenade customers. AIS promoted our service through SMS, MMS, Facebook, Twitter, AIS Website, and AIS Application. This reaches more than 200,000 customers. Besides promoting, they invited our CEO to join a networking event to meet more startup companies. Also, they invited i-Store to talk about our service on an online webinar for people who run SMEs / Startups. This group is also one of our main customers who do not have a lot of space in the working area.

Whenever we went to a networking event, based on our observation, many attendees heard about i-Store Self Storage and understand more of the self storage concept.

Pakdee Anivat, CEO

Mr. Pakdee creates the corporate’s culture and DNA for i-Store Self Storage Staff to follow. The corporate’s culture is called “T-R-E-A-T”, in which T represents Teamwork, R represents Resilience, E represents Empathy,  A represents Agile, and T represents Trust. Our DNA, it consists of Creative, Self Development, Positive Thinking, and Multi-Function. This starts with the process of accepting new staff to see if the person would be able to fit in the company.

Once in a while, Mr. Pakdee would create a challenge for i-Store’s staff to test our culture or DNA. The recent one was when he created a challenge called “Mission XX”. He grouped us into 5 teams and asked us to create a video to promote i-Store Self Storage. This not only proves our creativity but also teamwork and self-development, especially for those who do not know how to edit videos. Most of the videos receive a lot of engagement on our social media.

Every month, Mr. Pakdee would conduct a meeting called an “All-hand meeting” for C-Level to share knowledge and experience with the staff. At the same time, i-Store staff members are able to share some challenges that they have experienced in the past month. They are also able to ask and share ideas with their colleagues.

One thing that makes him so special is that he trusts the team. He never orders the staff what to do. Instead, he sets the goals for each year and lets the team bring up all the ideas in order to achieve the goals. He follows up once a week and guides us on what should be done to achieve it. We also create a cartoon character that takes from Mr. Pakdee’s personality to promote on social media. The cartoon’s personality is someone who likes to learn, likes to share and asks many questions.
