MyStorage is the first and only storage company in Vietnam offering both valet & self storage. We’re the ‘virtual closet’ in the mega city with millions of people, all of whom are looking for their share of the economic miracle currently taking place in SE Asia. 3.5 years after establishment, we have expanded to 4 storage facilities across Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, serving close to 1,800 customers with various storage demands.

MyStorage's self storage facility is located in a prime location in one of the most evolving districts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, surrounded by multiple apartment complexes and office buildings. It has 250 private lockers ranging from 1 cubic meter to 16 cubic meters, and a convenient co-working space for customers to pack their belongings, work, or simply just relax after a long moving day.

But what makes MyStorage's lockers oh-so-special is its unique layout and design. We take containers and turn them into beautiful, sturdy lockers, which are extremely flexible and economical to grow as the demand for private units grows. Inside of a container you will find anything that a normal self storage facility would have, like a sophisticated security system involving fingerprints and traditional padlocks, A/C and ventilation, but again, built out of containers to maximise mobility and adaptability.

Customers are welcomed anytime and have 24/7 access to their storage unit and co-working space, including weekends and holidays. To make sure we stand out from a thousand high-rise buildings nearby, we even put up a super cool billboard outside to illustrate the contents you can put in your own private storage, from personal shopping sprees and collections to business inventory and office equipment.

MyStorage is the first and only storage company in Vietnam offering both valet & self storage. Valet accounts for three out of the four storage facilities that we are operating in Ho Chi Minh City, with nearly 2,000 square meters in size. While two valet facilities are in central business locations, customers often lean on us for transportation because of our affordable fee, spotless clean vehicles and extremely friendly, professional customer service.

MyStorage also takes care of all warehouse logistics for our customers, including inventory tracking and fulfilment (pick, pack & deliver) when there are demands. We go extra miles to accommodate customers' needs, by integrating useful tools such as space calculator, route tracking tool, and a virtual storage that allows customers to track their belongings any time from anywhere. Our customers' satisfaction is the most important measurement to our success. And we know we are going in the right track, proven by 300+ 5-star reviews we have gotten since the day we launched.

People often picture valet storage to be dirty, messy and boiling hot, but our facilities are equipped with high standard shelvings, air-conditioners, 24/7 security systems, and a dedicated team to make sure they are always nice and clean. Lives in the wealthy districts

(HCMC), are a heavily targeted customer group. They earn more, spend more and are highly interested in solutions that improve their lives. They also live in higher end apartments in the more busy, wealthy, westernised districts in HCMC.

🏢 To reach these customers and get the MyStorage brand front of mind, we decided to come to their homes to show our solution.

🎯 We produced three video ads targeted to three specific districts in HCMC with different customer types.

● In District 1 - the main business district - we tell a story of a single office man coming home after a long day at work, looking forward to a relaxing night when he soon realizes the impossibility of it from his piles of books, shoes and other collections in his not-so-spacious one-bedroom apartment. That's where MyStorage comes to the rescue!

● District 2 - also known as the “expat district" in HCMC, is where lots of Westernised families live. They are often a young family with one or two kids. They make time for their hobbies such as sports and shopping activities. They have more “stuff" at home and at the same time wish to live in a comfortable high-end apartment where they don't feel suffocated by their own personal items.

● And then we have District 7 which the upper class lives in. Rich housewives always seek ways to improve, organise and declutter their homes. After COVID-19, they have been more aware of taking care of themselves mentally and physically. Instead of an extra room for storage, we suggest they store it with us and turn that spare room into a beautiful recreational space, for yoga or other entertainment/exercise activities.

🎯 Each video highlights the different challenges of space when you live in tight city apartments. We want to triple exaggerate the serious problem of lacking space to later on underline our storage solution that is unknown to a lot of people in Vietnam.

🎯We ran the videos and relatable images and content on diverse social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin

🎯 We even produced a few 10-second videos to display on elevator ads. We got to handpick 40 apartment buildings where we know exactly where our customers live.

🎯 We also appeared in different magazines and e-newspapers, highlighting who will need our services and why. We make sure to diversify the angles to cater to 4 media outputs covering real estate, fashion & lifestyle topics.

MyStorage was founded in 2019 as the first mini storage solution in Ho Chi Minh City. The concept of self storage is very well known in other Asian countries but had not yet arrived in Vietnam. MyStorage is therefore the pioneer in the industry - educating the Vietnamese customer about this new concept while making their lives easier. MyStorage quickly gained traction and expanded to three facilities (2 valet storage and 1 self storage) with plans to expand further in 2022. MyStorage offers its service in Vietnamese, English and Korean.

In May 2021 MyStorage pitched the concept on the popular TV show Shark Tank Vietnam and received three offers from investors. Contacts and traffic to the website increased significantly since then. 

MyStorage is Ho Chi Minh City's first tech enabled mini storage solution for B2C and B2B customers. They offer valet storage as well as private self storage units with 24/7 access. Their facilities are exceptionally clean, modern and secure. Customers can easily book space online and schedule a pickup with their team, which then helps with the transportation of the items.
