Starting with the terms in the Standard Self Storage Agreement, then to staff training on communication and operating procedures. Matthew will go through all of the stages of a delinquent customer with you and guide you to deal with the situation.

Prior to joining GSC, Matthew was a Director of Sales for Mandarin Self Storage for 4 years, and before that, he was the Director for Redbox Storage in Hong Kong for 3 years. Matthew was also the Country Operations Manager for Singapore/Hongkong in Big Orange Self Storage for 7 years.

Matthew has 15 years of hands-on experience in setup, procurement, financial performance, marketing, development, and operational elements for all the self-storage buildings that were under his care.

Matthew also has 25 years of sales, retail and customer services experience and has expertise in the area of self-storage, staff management and training.
